Easy Pork Chops

fresh Herbs are best with this recipe. And the thinner you can slice the onion the better. Also this recipe is good served with a side of chayote. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chayote
Ingredients
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon paprika
* 1/4 teaspoon sage
* 1/4 teaspoon thyme
* 4 boneless pork loin chops
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 1 onion, sliced
Directions
1. Mix the dry ingredients and sprinkle on both sides of the pork chops.
2. Brown chops in oil. (do not over cook)
3. Place each of the chops on a piece of heavy foil.
4. Layer each with onions.
5. Seal pouches tightly.
6. Place on baking sheet.
7. Bake at 425* for 30 minutes.
